Cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked by Friday, January 13, 2017. Cancellations will be honored in the form of a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after January 13, 2017—without exception. If you do not cancel or do not attend you are still responsible for full payment. Registrations are transferable at any time.
There are no exceptions to these policies. Payments made may not be applied toward tuition for future Interdisciplinary Autoimmune Summit conferences, nor other meetings or products offered by HMP Communications or NACCME.
